Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the HUDCraft website and your purchase of the Game UI Toolkit and the design-review add-on. By ordering or browsing here, you agree to them. If something reads unclear, ask us before you buy — we'd rather answer than surprise you.

Using the site

Read it, order from it, get in touch through it — all fine. Please don't try to break, scrape, overload or misuse the site, resell access to it, or pass off our pages and previews as your own work. We may update or pause parts of the site as the product changes.

Ordering

The order form is a request, not an instant charge. Once you send it we email an invoice. Your order is confirmed when that invoice is settled; only then do we release the download link and licence. Prices are shown in Brazilian reais (R$) and may change, but the price on your invoice is the price you pay.

Your licence

Buying the toolkit gives one game team a licence to use the components, templates, tokens and guidelines inside its own games, commercial ones included, with no per-seat fee. You may adapt and restyle the assets freely. You may not resell or redistribute the kit as an asset pack, template or product, whether unchanged or lightly reskinned, and you may not share your download link outside your team.

The design review

If you buy the review add-on, we assess the build you show us and return a written report with our honest, professional read. It's advice from experienced interface designers, not a guarantee of sales, ratings or player numbers. What you do with the report is your call.

Liability

We put real care into the kit and the review, but we provide them "as is". We're not liable for indirect or knock-on losses — lost time, lost revenue, a delayed release — arising from how you use them. Nothing here limits rights you have under Brazilian consumer law.

Changes

We may revise these terms as the product and the law move. The current version always lives on this page with its date. Keep using the site or the kit after a change and you accept the update. Questions: [email protected].
